I still need to do a BEFORE & AFTER post of our new home, but until then I'm going to share little peeks inside. Just last week we had our powder room wallpaper installed & I'm obsessed. Today we went hunting for an antique mirror, didn't find one, but we are going back out tomorrow to try again. The hunt is half the fun!
Nothing too exciting going on around here, but the ordinary days are the ones I know I'll look back on & cherish with all my heart.
This throw bed by Opalhouse from Target has been such a big hit for these two. Cuddling by the fire watching Fancy Nancy & Doc McStuffins is what they do best.
The accessory queen. Lately, when I ask her a yes or no type of question, if the answer is yes she'll respond with "of course!" And little things like that make me smile every single day. She is my sunshine.
The little white convertible she got for her birthday has been a whole lotta fun for her and her cousin Ollie.
I just stare at her in awe most days! She's mine, hard to believe sometimes.
She's turning into quite the goofball. I was making breakfast one morning & turned around to this.
When she's relaxed you'll always find her hands crossed or touching like this. My sweetheart.
Painting & music is a part of our daily rhythm. I need to buy frames for all the beautiful artwork she has created just this past month. If you need ideas for the Easter basket, for Valentine's Day she got this watercolor paint set & this paper and we use it almost every day.
The other day we were rushing out the door for music class, and she insisted on doing "cheese" with her baby. Praying hard she gets to be a big sister someday because she'll be the best.
Fresh air is magic to her soul!
Always my little helper. She wants to help with everything, from food prep to unloading the dishwasher, making the bed, folding laundry, sweeping the floors. Even if it slows me way down, I always pause & let her join in, and give her great praise for helping. Hoping this desire will stick around.

The sunshine is shifting in our home & I'm loving it! Soooo excited for spring.
We went to the zoo this past weekend & it was such a gorgeous day.
Her $7 Walmart outfit that we grabbed because I have a pair of cut off pink shorts just like them & now we can match this summer.
We tried very hard to get a photo with our pink poodle. This is the best we could do!
She turns into a total goofball when she's around her cousin Ollie!
