Master Bedroom: Chantilly Lace Paint + Beaded Chandelier + Organic Linen Bedding

For my birthday all I wanted was to wake up in all new bed linens! I decided on a blanket from West Elm & organic sheets + duvet cover from the Hearth & Hand - Magnolia Collection at Target. I debated back and forth on the linen, as I had never slept on it before, and I wondered if I'd prefer a really soft Egyptian cotton instead. I'm so happy I went with the linen, it has this airy + cool feel to it at night, and it's very refreshing yet cozy. If you've never used organic linen bed sheets before I highly suggest it, especially for the warmer months. And what a great Mother's Day idea, wink wink.

When we first moved in we had the walls painted Chantilly Lace by Benjamin Moore just like the rest of the house. I love the fresh + airy feel the room has now. You can see the BEFORE & AFTER photos below. We also swapped out the light for a crystal chandelier when we first moved it. It was the same one we had in our last master. Not even six months later I had Ryan swapping it out again for this gigantic beaded chandelier. The size is much more appropriate for the very large space. The morning sunshine is wild in here! Most days there are rainbows all over the walls, from the light hitting my mirrored jewelry box just right. Magnolia & I both get crazy excited when the room is sprinkled with little rainbows.
