This healthy treat only takes about 20 minutes to make and it's a great grab-and-go for busy mornings and quite delicious with your morning coffee. It's even dairy and gluten free!
My little kitchen helper!

1 1/2 cup Old Fashioned Traditional Oats
1/2 cup Peanut Butter (you have to try Pic's Peanut Butter - delicious)
1/3 cup Maple Syrup
1/3 cup Chocolate Chips
1 Egg
1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (I used Vega Protein)
3 tbsp Pumpkin Puree
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/8 tsp Vanilla Extract

- Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and liquid ingredients in another
- Combine all ingredients together
- Put dough on cooking sheet and pat down firmly with back of spoon
- Bake for 10-12 minutes
I served ours with a scoop of Pic's Peanut Butter on top. Enjoy!
