Autumn Bucket List

It's September and the mornings are chilly, the air smells crisp & fresh, and the leaves are beginning to turn to bright warm colors. Autumn is by far my favorite season and my soul gets all the warm and fuzzy feelings. I'm ready to throw on a fuzzy sweater, sip on a Pumpkin Spice Latte, and take my hubby and baby to wander around the streets that are covered in leaves.

My mind is whirling with all I want to do before it's time to go Christmas tree shopping, and we all know how fast our holiday season will be upon us. This morning over coffee I wrote out our autumn bucket list and I added the events to our shared Google calendar.


This morning I also ordered Magnolia some new pieces to add to her fall wardrobe, along with a few pairs of these adorable shoes, and I can already imagine her in fuzzy tights or knee high socks when we go for her first hayride and apple picking. I've dreamed of taking our baby to the pumpkin patch for as long as I can remember and it'll be a special day when we take her. When I bake our apple pie she'll be in the kitchen with me, experiencing all the scents and textures of the recipe. I hope to instill in her the joys of each season and how to celebrate it all.
