Marble Alternatives

Ok, I'm pretty sure everyone has a LOVE or at least an appreciation for marble. Some people are brave enough to put it in their kitchen (I will be one of those brave souls someday) and others are terrified of the cooking restrictions the marble would play in their kitchen.
