Maggie Mermaid has already changed her name to Maggie Ballerina! Surely it's because she starts dance class next month. We are both so incredibly excited to get her twirling soul into a dance studio. She dreams about it each day & my heart can feel every ounce of her excitement and anticipation for something new & passionate to become part of our days.

My sister & her babes came over this morning. We did a quick photoshoot of her upcoming Little Lucca Love drop. Then the kids got to play for a bit before we grabbed a delicious lunch at a little spot we just discovered around the corner from our house.

I'm kind of going crazy over the cropped tank + high waisted shortie set! OMGoodness it is so adorable & fun for SUMMATIME!

What a weekend! It was a fun one, leaving my heart full & feeling so very blessed. We celebrated my sister Mallory & her baby girl that will be here next month. Baby girl is due on Ryan's birthday & how cool would it be if she actually arrives on her due date! As we prepared for the sprinkle, Magnolia thought it was baby girl's birthday & asked several times if she was here yet. We are all anxiously waiting to meet our new family member. We spent the evening on our back patio under the twinkle lights, making s'mores & sipping on ice cold bubbly drinks. My newest sparkling water obsession.

Our little Maggie Mermaid is in her natural habitat when she's in the water. She literally cannot be outside in the heat for more than ten minutes without getting too hot & requesting to go inside. It's as if her mermaid tail may dry up if she's outside & not in the water. I can't say I blame her, it's already in the 90s in Kansas City.

The only place you'll find us this summer is poolside! This adorable Minnidip pool is holding us over until our neighborhood pool opens - fingers crossed - very soon.
