October was a complete whirlwind! I cannot believe we are already packing up the pink pumpkins, spooky spiders, and cute little ghosts to start putting up the Christmas trees!!! How can it be?!? Grandpa Golden (our skeleton guest) isn't ready to go, but I'm afraid it's already the first week of November so to the basement he goes as we wait for the arrival of Poppy & Little Girl (our elves).
No way I can pull out all the boxes full of merry without sharing a bunch of our photos from October. So here goes...
First, around the house, because decorating for the holidays is my all time favorite.
We always look forward to our annual trip to the pumpkin patch with my sisters + their babes and Papa Jesse. This year Magnolia got to ride a pony for the very first time!
She's not a fan of pumpkin spice donuts.
Ryan and I celebrated our six year wedding anniversary with a day date!
The first weekend of October is always our mum & pumpkin shopping spree. We've been taking Magnolia to this pumpkin patch since she was a little baby & it always feels sentimental when we see how much she's grown.
We are so grateful to live in a neighborhood surrounded by the kindest and most festive people. We got BOO'd twice and both times Magnolia lit up with pure joy & excitement.
Every year on our anniversary we buy a new piece of furniture for the home. This year we decided to re-do the entire hearth room. A comfy sofa was high on the list, so we went ahead and replaced the rug, coffee table, and added some new chairs.
Wishing you the very happiest November & holiday season ahead.
xoxo
