Can you believe this space is only 700 square feet? The neutral palette along with the light and airy feel creates an inviting space. The designer behind this cozy home is Toronto based interior designer Jacquelyn Clark of Lark & Linen.
Ten things to adore about this condo:
- That simple mirror above the fireplace. It may just be the mirror - from Ikea - that I've been eyeing for a wall in my home. This one.
- The light and bright paint colors throughout the entire space.
- White bed linens in the bedroom with pops of color on the pillows.
- The jute rug in the dining room that gives the area it's "own" designated space.
- The artful mix of classic and modern decor.
- Dramatic elements, like the black glossy cabinet in the dining room, that anchors the room.
- The 25 year old Ikea desk against the graphic office area.
- Industrial-chic DIY pipe bookcase.
- Contemporary artwork and pillows in the bedroom.
- The eclectic mix of pillows on the sofa. My favorite is the black spotted.
